NR2003 Types Defined #TypeDefs


Track types:
0=short track.
1=mile oval.
2=medium oval.
3=long oval.
4=super speedway.
5=road course.


Chassis types:
Chassis0-ARCAde?, high drag, huge torque, tires don’t wear, 190mph.
Chassis1-super speedway w/plate, low drag, low HP, fixed rear springs, shocks & spoiler, 185mph.
Chassis2-speedway, med drag, 210mph.
Chassis3-short track, med drag, 205mph.
Chassis4-road course, med drag, 205mph.
Chassis5-super speedway w/o plate, min drag, doesn’t turn or stop, 240mph. PTA,?


Car class type:
Car converter: Changing physic extension of carfile isn’t enough, edit with WinMip2, change line: “car_class”:
“car_class=1” cup
“car_class=2” gns
“car_class=3” cts
“car_class=4” pta
Don’t use converter on cars w/wrong file extension.


Physics Types:

Cup:
car_classes=3 (in series.def file)
type = 0
car_class=1 (in .car file)
extension=cup

GNS:
car_classes=5 (in series.def file)
type=1
car_class=2 (in .car file)
extension=gns

CTS:
car_classes=9 (in series.def file)
type=2
car_class=3 (in .car file)
extension=cts

TransAm (PTA):
car_classes=17 (in series.def file)
type=3
car_class=4 (in .car file)
extension=pta
