#COVID TREATMENTS, AND #VACCINE #DETOX: Dr Alena Kovalenka’s COVID #SPIKE #PROTEIN PROTOCOL:

Prepare for Vaccine:
*Aspirin (anti-thrombotic) 325 mg/day for 4 weeks beginning the day BEFORE vaccination.
*Ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) Two 200 mg caplets 3 times/day the day BEFORE & AFTER vaccination.
*Loratadine (Claritin or generic equivalent; H1 blocker, anti-inflammatory) 10 mg/day the day BEFORE & AFTER vaccination.
*Famotidine (Pepcid or generic equivalent; H2 blocker, anti-inflammatory) 20 mg twice per day the day BEFORE & AFTER vaccination.
*Vitamin D3 – One dose of 50,000 IU FIVE to SEVEN DAYS BEFORE vaccination (serum levels peak on average at 7 days), Then daily 15,000 IU until 5 days after vaccination, Then continue with maintenance dosage of 5,000 – 10,000 IU/day.

Prevention of COVID:
*Ivermectin at a dosage of 0.2 mg/kilogram of body weight (around 12~18 mg/dose). Take one dose, after 48 hours take a second dose. Then take once per week.
*Hydroxychloroquine at 200 mg once a day for 5 days, then 200~400mg one time a week.

Covid Virus illness Protocol:
*Vitamin C:  I like Liposomal Vitamin C 1000mg.
*Vitamin D3 10,000 iu/ day.
*Zinc 30~50mg a day for a month then keep dose or decrease to 15mg.
*Selenium 200-220mcg/ day.
*NAC. (N- Acetyl Cysteine) 600-1000mg a day.
*Quercetin 500mg 2x a day.
*1 low dose aspirin.
*Pepcid 20mg a day.
*Melatonin 6mg under tongue or 20mg po daily.

CONSIDER:
*DMG or Betain, 150-200 1-2 x daily.
*Lysine: The Recommended Daily dietary intake of lysine is 2660mg for a 154-lb adult.

Air out & ventilate house & sit or walk outside in sunshine. If the house is dry add humidity. 

VAX / JAB / “VACCINE” DETOX:
Shikimate Main Sources:
*Pine Needle Tea for shikimic acid or shikimate (from green edible pine needles).
*Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (which is known to neutralize the spike protein).
*Schizandra Tea: Superherb.
*C60 (1-3 droppers full per day): One of the issues we are seeing with those who have been injected is disturbances in their energetic field (magnetism) & hot spots of inflammation. C60 is a rich-source of electrons & acts as a fire extinguisher to inflammation & simultaneously (because it bio-distributes throughout the body) drives a normalization of electron flow throughout the body.
*Charcoal (2-4 capsules a day): Charcoal is the pre-eminent detoxifier.

Hesperidin sources to help disable Spike protein:
*Citrus fruit (especially blood oranges, due to their high hesperidin content — hesperidin is a chalcone like quercetin that deactivates spike protein).
*Peppermint (very high in hesperidin).
Superherbs to help disable spike protein:
*Triphala formulations: (Terminalia belerica). The terminalia fruits are rich in shikimate.
*St. John’s Wort (shikimate is found throughout the entire plant and in the flowers).
*Comfrey Leaf (rich in shikimate).
*Feverfew (leaves and flowers are rich in shikimate).
*Gingko Biloba Leaf (rich in shikimate).
*GiantHyssop or Horsemint (Agastache urtifolia) (rich in shikimate).
*LiquidAmbar (Sweet Gum tree). A tea of the spiky seed pods is rich in shikimate.
*Glycyrrhiza glabra (Traditional Chinese medicine’s licorice root): Glycyrrhizic acid inhibits spike protein.

Foods:
*Carrots and Carrot Juice (rich in Shikimate).
*Dandelion Leaf (Common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) efficiently blocks interaction between ACE2 cell surface receptor and spike protein D614, mutants D614G, N501Y, K417N and E484K in vitro).

Plant Sprouts:
*Wheatgrass and Wheatgrass (high in shikimate).
*Legume Beans.

Enyzmes:
*Nattokinase.
